What we keep

Only what an appointment needs. You give us these the first time you book.

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The appointments you book: the service, the barber, the date and time, and any note you add.
• Which language you chose, and your phone's address for notifications if you allow them.

Why we keep it

To hold your appointment, to tell you about it, and to have the shop's own record of the work booked. Nothing else.

Notifications

The app asks for permission to send notifications once, when you first open it. If you say no, everything else still works and you can still book. You can change your mind at any time in your phone's settings, and in the app there are two switches: one for your appointments, one for the shop's offers.

We send a message when an appointment is made, moved or cancelled, and a reminder shortly before you are due in. Offers are sent only if you turn that switch on.

Emails

You get an email when an appointment is made, moved or cancelled. The shop gets a copy, because that is how the barber knows the diary has changed. We do not send marketing emails.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside the shop, apart from the companies that run our systems and deliver the messages for us. They may use it only to do that, and the data is held on servers in the European Union. Your details are never sold, rented, or used for advertising.

What we never collect

The app does not ask for your location, your contacts, or your photos, carries no advertising, and does not follow what you do in it or anywhere else.

Deleting everything

Open the app, go to Profile, and choose Delete account. That removes your name, phone number, email address and your appointments. It happens straight away and it cannot be undone. If you would rather we did it, write to us and we will.

Your rights

Under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act, and under the GDPR where it applies to you, you may ask what we keep about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to our keeping it. Write to us and we will answer within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in Belgrade.

Children

The app is not meant for children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly keep anything about them. A parent who believes otherwise should write to us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

The date at the top is the date this page last changed. If we ever change something that matters, the app will say so rather than leaving you to find it here.
